Returns and Exchanges

At Quelthorvex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original packaging
• Not have been lit or burned
• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@quelthorvex.world or call +35345409028. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refund Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Candles that have been lit or burned
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items without original packaging or receipt

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at info@quelthorvex.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
